The Utah State Rifle and Pistol Association is an NRA-affiliated state association and a CMP-affiliated club. Membership is open to anyone who wants to take part in the shooting sports in Utah, and it supports the matches and programs we host.

How to Join
- Download and print the 2026 Renewal or New Membership Application.
- Complete every section, including your membership class, the activities that interest you, and the certification statement. The application is not valid without a signature.
- Make your check payable to Utah State Rifle and Pistol Association.
- Mail the application and your payment to the membership address below.

CMP Purchases
USRPA membership qualifies you for Civilian Marksmanship Program purchases. When ordering from the CMP, use Club #67013 for your USRPA membership.
Certification Statement
Every application carries the following statement, which must be signed:
I certify that I am a citizen of the United States: that I am not a member of any organization which has as any part of its program the attempt to overthrow the government of the United States by force or violence; that I have never been convicted of a crime of violence; and that if admitted to membership I will fulfill the obligation of good sportsmanship and good citizenship.
