NRA membership is not required.
Utah shooters are encouraged to join the state association. USRPA membership is $25.00 per year, $10.00 for juniors. Applications are available at the range, or join online here.

Categories, Saturday and Sunday: Any Rifle / Any Sight, Service Rifle, Palma Rifle, F-Class TR and F-Class Open.
No muzzle brakes. No suppressors (silencers). .35 caliber or less.
An empty chamber indicator is mandatory (Rule 3.21). They are available for $1.00 from the Match Director.
Current NRA High Power Rifle Rules apply.

Targets are the 1,000-yard LR target or the LR F-Class target.
Electronic targets are used, so there is no pit duty.
Bring a phone or tablet, plus a sunshade for it so it does not turn off from the heat.
Competitors score on traditional score cards even though the targets are electronic. The challenge fee is $1.00.

Friday, September 18 — practice day. For anyone who needs to check zeroes. Range opens 9:00 AM. No fee.

Saturday and Sunday matches are fired in three categories: High Power (Any Rifle / Any Sight, Service, or Palma), F-TR and F-Open.

Match 8 — 2026 USRPA State Championship. Aggregate of the scores fired in Matches 1 through 7, in each respective rifle category.

Awarded in each category: High Power (Any Rifle / Any Sight, Service, or Palma), F-TR and F-Open.

Plaques will be ordered after the match and mailed out to winners.

Gate 70 is at N 40.72949° W 114.04745° and is open from 8:00 AM. If you arrive after 0800, the combination on the USRPA lock is 0000.
Range elevation is 4,052 feet.
Wendover, Utah and West Wendover, Nevada are the nearest cities, with motels, restaurants and gambling.
Bring your own food and water. Portable toilets are located in the target pit area and at the 1,000-yard line.

The Match Results Bulletin will be posted on this site and emailed to competitors.
The Match Director reserves the right to make program modifications as necessary.
