Our Mission
The Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution: "A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."
USRPA is a club affiliated with the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) and the National Rifle Association (NRA). The NRA, the foremost guardian of the traditional American right to "keep and bear arms," believes every law-abiding citizen is entitled to the ownership and legal use of firearms, and that every reputable gun owner should be an NRA Member. The Utah State Rifle & Pistol Association fully agrees with these principles.
